1. Data collection
We do not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers. All information you enter (expenses, budgets, categories, notes, attachments) is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up or export it.
2. Data usage
Data stored in the app is used only to provide expense tracking, budgeting, reporting, search, and local backups or exports if you opt-in. The app may offer optional features like biometric/PIN protection to secure access to the app on your device.
3. Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties. If you use integrations or choose to export or sync data (e.g., to Google Drive, Dropbox, or an email), that action is initiated by you and is not performed automatically by the app.
4. Data security
Your data is stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database. You can enable biometric authentication (if your device supports it) or a PIN to protect access. Because data is stored on-device, standard device-level backups (e.g., Google Backup) may include your app data unless you opt-out in your device backup settings.
5. Data deletion
To delete your data:
- Open Settings inside the app.
- Tap Clear All Data (or similar labeled button).
- Confirm the action. This permanently deletes all stored records from this device and cannot be undone.
If you exported data to a third-party service, you must delete the exported files from that service separately.
6. Contact
If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at:
valizevbigie@gmail.com
We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the
Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after
changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Data Safety (Play Console summary)
Use this short summary when completing the Play Console Data Safety form:
- Data collected: Personal financial data (expenses, budgets, categories, notes) — stored only on the device.
- Shared with third parties: No.
- Encrypted in transit: N/A (app is offline by default). If you enable cloud backup/export, that transfer will use the third-party service's security.
- Encrypted at rest: Yes — local database is encrypted.
- How users can request deletion: Users can clear all data in-app via Settings → Clear All Data.
